A chemical called diethyl phthalate, used in perfumes and cosmetics and only banned by the EU in significant concentrations this year, could lead girls to start puberty months earlier than the average, research found.
Youngsters also started their periods early after being exposed to methyl paraben – a chemical that is found in high street body lotions and hand creams.
Belgium is not the only nation to disagree on the controversial pact which would not only make immigration a human right, but also see those who challenge it jailed for committing hate crime.
The document has been boycotted by Italy, France, Poland, Israel, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Australia, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria which have all rejected the proposals in favour of tougher border controls.

Brazilian doctors are reporting the world's first baby born to a woman with a uterus transplanted from a deceased donor. There have been eleven previous births using a transplanted womb, but from a living donor — typically a relative or friend.
The baby girl was delivered last December by a woman born without a uterus due to a rare syndrome.
The recipient, a 32-year-old psychologist who was not identified, became pregnant through in vitro fertilization seven months after the transplant. The donor was a 45-year-old woman who had three children and died of a stroke.
The only remaining FBI counterintelligence official at the center of all spygate and Clinton investigation issues is departing.
Bill Priestap was copied on every email of consequence including the writing of the Clinton exoneration talking points delivered by FBI Director James Comey. Priestap was the central figure on the FBI side of both Clinton and Trump operations. “Bill” is mentioned in hundreds of text messages sent by Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
“We acknowledge that this outcome may be unsatisfying to the public and to the victims of the abuse detailed in the report,” Justice Debra Todd wrote for the 6-1 court majority. “While we understand and empathize with these perspectives, constitutional rights are of the highest order, and even alleged sexual abusers, or those abetting them, are guaranteed by our commonwealth’s Constitution the right of due process...
Bronfman’s financial contributions to all of their cases raise questions because “it may subject an attorney to undesirable outside influence; and raises an ethical question ‘as to whether the attorney’s loyalties are with the client or the payor,'”
“The government has learned that the legal fees of multiple witnesses and potential witnesses are also being paid by Bronfman or the Trust, and that there have been efforts to pay the legal fees of other witnesses.”
In the Illinois Capitol rotunda this month, several traditions are being celebrated. There's a Nativity scene for Christmas, a menorah for Hanukkah, and then something a little different: an arm holding an apple, with a snake coiled around it.
It's a gift from the Chicago branch of The Satanic Temple. Called "Snaketivity," the work also has a sign that reads "Knowledge Is The Greatest Gift."
Agents assigned to the Ajo and Casa Grande Border Patrol stations encountered two large Central American groups totaling 124 adults and children within a 24 hour period.

President Donald Trump and executives from Germany’s biggest automakers discussed the companies’ investments in the U.S. on Tuesday as trade tensions with the Europeans and Trump’s threat to impose tariffs on foreign cars sold here loomed overhead.
Trump “shared his vision of all automakers producing in the United States and creating a more friendly business environment,” the White House said in a statement. The statement did not say whether Trump raised tariffs with executives from BMW, Daimler and Volkswagen.
"Voting, driving, applying for a job, renting a home, getting married and boarding a plane: what do these all have in common? You need to prove your identity. In partnership with @Microsoft, we are working to create universally-recognized digital identity."
China is already doing this, and is using it to monitor, punish, and reward all its citizens for everything they say and do. This is the elimination of personal freedom, and locks every person into the dictates of the state.
In the Mastercard/Microsoft world, that would be a complete hand over of all personal freedoms to the corporate state, where the political and corporate world are one and the same, and people are bought and sold based on their value as consumers, and manipulated to make them better consumers.
