CNN’s New York offices evacuated due to bomb threat…
December 6, 2018
CNN's New York offices and studios have been evacuated due to a phoned bomb threat, the company said.
Several fire alarm bells rang inside CNN's New York newsroom, signaling an evacuation shortly after 10:30 p.m.
Staffers evacuated the building and Don Lemon's "CNN Tonight" was taken off the air.
Now CNN can conveniently avoid having to report on Hillary's bad news. It's like clockwork.

Trump to Pick Nauert to Replace Haley as UN Ambassador…
December 6, 2018
Nauert, 48, is an unorthodox choice for the UN role given that she had little experience in government or foreign policy before joining the administration in April 2017 after several years as an anchor and correspondent for Fox News, including on the “Fox and Friends” show watched by Trump. Haley also didn’t have foreign policy experience when she took the UN posting, but she had twice been elected governor of South Carolina.

Facebook allegedly offered advertisers special access to users’ data and activities…
December 6, 2018
The more than 250 pages of documents, which a British parliamentary committee recently obtained as part of a wide-ranging investigation into Facebook, revolve around a decision Facebook made in 2014 and 2015 to cut off developers’ access to posts, photos and other profile information from Facebook users. The internal communications, some of them from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, appear to show Facebook trading access to user data in exchange for advertising buys and other concessions, which would contradict Facebook’s long-standing claim that it doesn’t sell people’s information.

GOP senators introduce bill to give Trump $25 billion for border wall…
December 6, 2018
"The WALL Act would fully fund the border wall by closing existing loopholes that provide illegal immigrants with federal benefits and tax credits, without affecting the benefits and tax credits used by Americans," Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said in a statement on Thursday.
To pay for the border wall, the Republicans propose to crack down on benefits for undocumented immigrants, including requiring that parents have a Social Security number to claim refundable tax credits, requiring any welfare applicants to prove they are a citizen and increasing minimum fines on individuals who cross the border illegally or overstay visas.

FBI email chain may provide most damning evidence of FISA abuses yet…
December 6, 2018
Sources tell me the targeted documents may provide the most damning evidence to date of potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), evidence that has been kept from the majority of members of Congress for more than two years.
The email exchanges included then-FBI Director James Comey, key FBI investigators in the Russia probe and lawyers in the DOJ’s national security division, and they occurred in early to mid-October, before the FBI successfully secured a FISA warrant to spy on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
The email exchanges show the FBI was aware — before it secured the now-infamous warrant — that there were intelligence community concerns about the reliability of the main evidence used to support it: the Christopher Steele dossier.

House Democrats Plan Push to Criminalize Private Gun Sales…
December 6, 2018
Mother Jones reports that Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) met with gun control groups that included the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, Everytown for Gun Safety, the Center for American Progress, the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, and Gabby Giffords’ group. He asked them what they wanted, and a bill to criminalize private gun sales was on their wish list.
So Thompson will sponsor legislation requiring a background check before someone may buy a gun from his neighbor, a co-worker to get a background check before buying a gun from a co-worker, and so forth. The bill will go so far as to require a son to get a background check before a father can give him a gun as a gift.
Private gun sales are legal and have been an American tradition since 1791, the year the Second Amendment was ratified.
Feds received whistleblower evidence in 2017 alleging Clinton Foundation wrongdoing…
December 6, 2018
A prosecutor working for Huber called MDA Analytics last week, seeking copies of their evidence, according to sources. The firm told the prosecutor that the FBI has possessed the evidence in its Little Rock office since early 2018, the sources said.
One of the nonpublic documents is an interview memo the MDA Analytics investigators penned after meeting with Kessel... The memo also claims Kessel confirmed to the private investigators that private lawyers reviewed the foundation’s practices — once in 2008 and the other in 2011 — and each found widespread problems with governance, accounting and conflicts of interest...“I have addressed it before and, let me tell you, I know where all the bodies are buried in this place,” the memo alleges Kessel said.

Italian government reduces migrant landings by 96% in two years…
December 6, 2018
The Italian government has drastically reduced the number of migrant landings in the country. Since January this year 23,000 people arrived in Italy by sea and that’s 96 per cent less than two years ago.
The migrants who do manage to arrive mostly come from Tunisia, Eritrea, Sudan and Pakistan.
Italy’s large reduction in migrant landings shows that the policies of Interior Minister Matteo Salvini work. The migration hardliner refused numerous ships into Italy’s ports and made a deal with the Libyan coastguard to return migrants.

QMost Wanted Case of the week – NIKKO ADOLFO PEREZ…
December 6, 2018
The FBI's Sacramento Field Office is asking for assistance from the public to identify potential victims of Nikko Adolfo Perez, a 26-year-old United States citizen who recently resided in Atwater, California. Perez is currently in federal custody charged with allegations of sexual exploitation of children, one count of coercion or enticement of a minor, and one count of receipt of child pornography. These charges are allegations at this time and Perez is presumed innocent until proven otherwise in court proceedings.
Perez is alleged to have used social media platforms and email to victimize two boys, ages 8 and 10, by allegedly coercing them into creating and then sending to him images of them engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Perez allegedly offered to pay the boys with online credits if they engaged in the requested sexual acts or poses. Perez allegedly then threatened to disseminate images of the victims engaged in sexually explicit conduct if the victims reported him. He also allegedly threatened to harm family members of the victims.

December 6, 2018
The Chinese government is apparently sophisticated enough to hack into Marriott's reservation system, yet - just like the Russian "hack" of the DNC - reportedly left behind evidence of "hacking tools, techniques and procedures" pointing to Beijing as the culprit, according to Reuters, citing three anonymous sources with knowledge of a private internal investigation.
