A Dallas-area man is suing in federal court to overturn a Texas election law after an election official insisted in November 2018 that he turn the MAGA hat he was wearing inside out at a polling precinct or face a misdemeanor charge.
The lawsuit asserts that the U.S. Constitution’s free speech provisions guarantee the right of voters to wear clothing that expresses their political beliefs on Election Day, including in locations where voting takes place.
But Texas law limits what can be worn inside and around polling places and “suffers from erratic and arbitrary enforcement,” according to the man’s legal complaint...

Felix Sater, who Democrats are calling as their second witness is a long time Clinton bud and a man who pulled off a $40 million dollar fraud, with a major assist from Loretta Lynch. He is also allegedly a major source for the fake Hillary dossier.

The deaths were in Lee County, on the Georgia border, Sheriff Jay Jones and the county coroner's office said Sunday night. East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, the county seat, said that it was treating more than 40 patients and that an undetermined number of others had been sent to hospitals.
No details were immediately available, but the Lee County Emergency Management Agency, or EMA, said the worst of the damage was near the town of Beauregard, where it said it had confirmed two deaths.
