Judge blocks Kentucky’s fetal heartbeat abortion ban just hours after it becomes law
March 18, 2019
The American Civil Liberties Union Reproductive Freedom Project sued to halt the law on behalf of the Kentucky's only abortion clinic, the EMW Women's Surgical Center. The health care provider canceled abortion appointments on Friday in compliance with the new law but resumed services by Saturday after Judge Hale's decision.
The judge ordered the law's enactment to be delayed for 14 days in order to allow him time to hold a hearing, citing the "strong likelihood of success" of the ACLU in arguing that the law is unconstitutional.Nunes sues Twitter, users for more than $250M…

The lawsuit filed Monday alleges the social media giant censored conservative voices by “shadow banning” figures, which Nunes says potentially impacted the 2018 midterm election results. Others named in the lawsuit include GOP operative Liz Mair, Mair Strategies, “Devin Nunes’ Mom” (@DevinNunesMom) and “Devin Nunes’ cow” (@DevinCow), two parody accounts that mocked the Trump ally and California Republican.
Nunes accuses Twitter of “facilitating defamation on its platform” by “ignoring lawful complaints about offensive content and by allowing that content to remain accessible to the public” despite alleged violations of its terms of service and rules.Poll: 71 percent think economy is ‘good’…

Left unchecked, Big Tech and liberal activists could construct a private “social credit” system — not unlike what the communists have nightmarishly implemented in China — that excludes outspoken conservatives from wide swaths of American life simply because their political views differ from those of tech executives.

Support Our Operation – SMASH CULTURAL MARXISM
March 18, 2019
Cultural Marxism uses “Critical Theory” as a method to divide and conquer a society. Its socio-political ideas are derived straight from the ideology of the Frankfurt School and related thinkers. Collectively, it’s a bunch of ideas that are anti-white and anti traditional Western culture. It loves political correctness, the denial of biological gender, the idea that race is a “social construct” while at the same time supporting the identity politics of non-white races, and labeling expression of opposition to these ideas as “hate speech” and their opponents as “bigots”.
Once you take the Red-Pill, you can’t unsee how cultural marxism has creeped through our education and media since the 60’s and eventually, creeped into every fabric of society. America has been infiltrated and there’s only one way out. SMASH CULTURAL MARXISM now by getting this graphic printed on Shirt, mug, notebook, or whatever else that you desire. Let the world know that you stand with America and you'll do anything to defend her.
Truth is light, and truth always wins. When one ideology is based on lies, the one that is based on common sense will always triumph.
As Costs Skyrocket, More U.S. Cities Stop Recycling…
March 18, 2019
With China no longer accepting used plastic and paper, communities are facing steep collection bills, forcing them to end their programs or burn or bury more waste.
[...]
Philadelphia is now burning about half of its 1.5 million residents’ recycling material in an incinerator that converts waste to energy. In Memphis, the international airport still has recycling bins around the terminals, but every collected can, bottle and newspaper is sent to a landfill. And last month, officials in the central Florida city of Deltona faced the reality that, despite their best efforts to recycle, their curbside program was not working and suspended it.Those are just three of the hundreds of towns and cities across the country that have canceled recycling programs, limited the types of material they accepted or agreed to huge price increases.

Federal Authorities Raided Trump Fundraiser’s Office in Money Laundering Probe…
March 18, 2019
Federal authorities raided the office of Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy last summer, seeking records related to his dealings with foreign officials and Trump administration associates, according to a sealed search warrant obtained by ProPublica.
Agents were authorized to use the megadonor’s hands and face to unlock any phones that required fingerprint or facial scans.
The Washington Post reported in August that the Justice Department was investigating Broidy. The sealed warrant offers new details of federal authorities’ investigation of allegations that Broidy had attempted to cash in on his Trump White House connections in dealings with foreign officials. It also shows that the government took a more aggressive approach with the Trump ally than was previously known, entering his office and removing records — just as it did with Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen.
