The Southern Poverty Law Center is ensnared in a scandal that threatens its survival…
April 8, 2019
In March, two groups of employees wrote letters to SPLC leadership, warning them that “allegations of mistreatment, sexual harassment, gender discrimination and racism threaten the moral authority of this organization and our integrity along with it,” and that the SPLC leaders were complicit “in decades of racial discrimination, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment and/or assault.”

‘I thought Keith Raniere was trying to help people, I was wrong’.
She will be sentenced on Sept. 11, 2019 at noon. With each felony comes a possible 20 year maximum sentence. There is no minimum sentence. Because of her lack of a previous criminal record and sentencing guidelines she will probably land in the 3-5 year sentencing range. Her plea deal is the same as Lauren Salzman’s. And this is a tremendously fortunate plea deal for Mack since she will avoid all sex trafficking charges, charges that could have landed her in prison for more than 15 years and required her to register as a sex offender when she was released.

I sat on the opposite side of the table to Flynn next to Richard Dearlove because I was the only woman at dinner, and it's a British custom that the only woman gets to sit next to the host," Lokhova told Fox News, who added that she has never been alone with Flynn. Facebook are ‘morally bankrupt, pathological liars’ – NZ Privacy Commissioner…
April 8, 2019
[Facebook] actually didn't have any systems to check for the events in Christchurch [..] Maybe a delay on livestreaming would be a good thing as an interim measure until they can sort out their AI. "
What really gets the blood boiling about this statement is that the complaint as stated is that Facebook isn't prescient. Yes, good job commissioner, you found that they weren't prepared to deal with an event which hadn't happened yet (/s). If policy comes out of this whole debacle, we can only imagine how poorly advised it will be. This Privacy Commissioner from New Zealand might just be a bozo.
