Nicholas Immesberger had an estimated blood alcohol concentration of 0.28 — more than three times the legal limit — when he died after his 1999 Chevrolet Corvette left the roadway. The lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County on Monday alleges Immesberger was over-served for about three hours after his shift at The Woods concluded, before the fatal crash.

While the lawsuit alleges, "Tiger is individually liable in this action because he individually participated in the serving of alcohol," that doesn’t mean Woods served — or was even at The Woods — that day.

John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, will conduct the inquiry, the source said... Durham is known as a "hard-charging, bulldog" prosecutor, Fox News is told... the focus of the probe includes the pre-transition period -- prior to Nov. 7, 2016 -- including the use and initiation of informants, as well as potential Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuses.

A new study from the Capgemini Research Institute suggests that consumer acceptance of self-driving cars in the U.S. will increase over time, with preference for riding in autonomous vehicles set to double in the next 10 years. While only 30% of those surveyed would prefer to ride in a self-driving car over a traditional vehicle over the next 12 months, by 2029, 63% would prefer this method, the study found.

A former campaign staffer who accused President Trump of sexual misconduct and pay discrimination in a lawsuit this year filed a motion Monday asking a judge to formally expand the scope of her suit so that others, including former campaign and White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman, may sign on.

New Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined the court’s four liberals in rejecting a plea from Cupertino, California-based Apple to end the lawsuit over the 30% commission the company charges software developers whose more than 2 million apps are sold through the App Store.

"The sole question before the court – Is the House Oversight Committee's issuance of a subpoena to Mazars USA LLP for financial records of President Donald J. Trump and various associated entities a valid exercise of legislative power? – is fully briefed, and the court can discern no benefit from an additional round of legal arguments,"
The Trump team and the House Oversight Committee have until Monday to object to his decision to fast track a decision.
