Julian Assange has been subjected to drawn-out “psychological torture”, a UN rights expert said Friday, accusing the United States, Britain, Ecuador and Sweden of “collective persecution” of the WikiLeaks founder…
May 31, 2019
"Most importantly, in addition to physical ailments, Mr Assange showed all symptoms typical for prolonged exposure to psychological torture, including extreme stress, chronic anxiety and intense psychological trauma," he said...
Remember just the other day we gave you a different source for Assange's health from a Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Karen Kwiatkowski, who wrote a piece on lew rockwell's site. This person reported on Assanges health from May 7th. We'll repost it again just as a reminder:
Allow me to get to the point. The latest word I have received from England is as follows:
“[Julian Assange] is presently under close observation in prison hospital because he has suffered ‘severe transient psychotic episodes.’ My source(s) indicate these episodes occurred after two sessions of coercive interrogation at the hands of UK and US officials. The source(s) stated the HUMINT interrogators used psychotropic drugs in the course of the sessions.”
Is this all theater? Who knows, but it's worth noting.

Illinois House approves bill requiring gun license applicants to be fingerprinted…
May 31, 2019
The measure also would create a task force to enforce laws requiring those whose gun licenses have been revoked to surrender their firearms or place them with a legal owner. And the bill would raise the application fee for the license, known as a firearm owner’s identification card, to $20 for a five-year license, up from a $10 fee for a card that was good for 10 years... If the legislation is approved by the Senate and signed by Gov. J.B. Pritzker, gun license applicants would be required to provide fingerprints to receive or renew their cards. The move is intended to provide a more thorough criminal background check, but detractors say it infringes on their Second Amendment rights.

Barr said the Uranium One and Clinton Foundation investigations are still ongoing!…
May 31, 2019
Sessions had also asked Huber in 2017 to look into issues related to the sale of Uranium One and allegations that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been improperly involved in the process, as well as broader claims of corruption at the Clinton Foundation. Barr seemed to suggest that what evidence Huber found, if any, may soon be revealed.
"The other issues [Huber has] been working on relate to Hillary Clinton” are "winding down and hopefully we'll be in a position to bring those to fruition," Barr said...
This is getting good. Barr was asked during an interview recently with CBS if he cares about his reputation, he said: “everyone dies”.⠀Here is the full transcript of the interview. Also, the following is the reason they refuse to air the entire interview:
JAN CRAWFORD: You know the- I guess- we've spent the last two years or more talking about and hearing about Russian interference into the elections and what occurred there. And so now we're shifting to talking about actually investigating, reviewing that investigation and the people who did that. So I guess in making this turn can you help us understand, I mean what's- what is the concern? What have you seen, what's the basis for that?

43% of Americans now see socialism as a “good thing” for America – an 18-point shift from 1942…
May 31, 2019
But there’s good news, too—at least on this side of the pond. While more Americans may be embracing the term “socialism,” Gallup’s polling shows that more of us are also rejecting it. On a vast array of policy matters, Americans are giving a thumbs-down to big government, too... While Gallup’s data does show a big swing towards favorable views of socialism, it shows close to the same shift towards Americans seeing it as a “bad thing.” In 1942, 40% of Americans saw socialism negatively; now, 51% do.
