The Milky Way could be teeming with extraterrestrial civilizations that have spread across the stars, according to a new study. The study, published last month in The Astronomical Journal offers new perspectives on the Fermi Paradox, which asks why we haven’t found signs of intelligent extraterrestrials in our galaxy. There are plenty of scenarios in which aliens could exist but we haven’t heard from them, the study authors wrote. Aliens may have even visited Earth, they say, just not recently enough for us to have noticed. The study suggests that aliens might wait for stars to move closer to one another before spreading across the galaxy...

Their offspring included an estimated 90 bunnies, which had to be euthanized after being abandoned, according to La Vanguardia. Lawyers accuse Kamala Harris of defying Supreme Court by hiding evidence from defense attorneys…
September 9, 2019
Between 2004 and 2010, Harris’s office failed to inform defense attorneys about criminal and professional misconduct records that raised questions about the credibility of government witnesses. The lapses led to the dismissal of nearly 1,000 cases and a scathing 2010 ruling by a Superior Court judge that accused Harris’ office of breaching due process rights.
Legal scholars told the Washington Examiner that Harris’ office appeared to have violated the Supreme Court’s 1963 Brady v. Maryland decision. The ruling held that prosecutors must turn over potentially exculpatory evidence to the defense. There is a “clear causal link between Brady violations and wrongful conviction” said Craig Trainor, a New York attorney who specializes in due process cases.
