In the video released by officials on Monday, one of the teenagers runs at the off-duty officer and hits him. Another boy then punches him as he runs off until he is surrounded and attacked again. A security guard can be seen getting knocked down in the video while trying to respond to the unruly group... The Emeryville Police Department said Monday that two juveniles, ages 14 and 16, were arrested while six others are still being sought, according to KGO-TV.

The well-preserved puppy that is baffling scientists was shown off at the Yakutsk’s Mammoth Museum, which specializes in ancient specimens.

PyXie RAT capabilities include keylogging, stealing login credentials and recording videos, warn researchers at BlackBerry Cylance - who also say the trojan can be used to distribute other attacks, including ransomware... The full extent of the PyXie RAT campaign still isn't certain, but researchers have identified attacks against over 30 organisations, predominately in the healthcare and education industries, with hundreds of machines believed to have been infected.
Aside from likely being a well-resourced cyber criminal group, it's currently unknown who exactly is behind PyXie RAT, but the campaign is still thought to be active...

So, there is no clear cut information from the oral arguments and we'll have to wait for a decision. I don't think they'll moot the case, and they may well say that the 2A includes a right to possess/"carry" outside the home, but I don't think the'll go so far as to say that "carry" includes the right to carry a loaded firearm, open or concealed, but that "carry" means transport and that the'll leave the issue of carrying loaded and ready to use for another case (Young v Hawaii or Rogers v Grewal)...
