In addition, Facebook and Instagram will be comparing notes to tackle misinformation being posted to both social media networks.

Letter From President Trump to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Denouncing Impeachment…
December 17, 2019
The Articles of Impeachment introduced by the House Judiciary Committee are not recognizable under any standard of Constitutional theory, interpretation, or jurisprudence. They include no crimes, no misdemeanors, and no offenses whatsoever. You have cheapened the importance of the very ugly word, impeachment! By proceeding with your invalid impeachment, you are violating your oaths of office, you are breaking your allegiance to the Constitution, and you are declaring open war on American Democracy...

If Trump is impeached, it will require Roberts to go to the Senate, taking him temporarily out of the SC…
December 17, 2019
Roberts also faces more mundane logistical challenges. If lawmakers follow the procedures from the last impeachment trial, it would run six days a week—during a time that the Supreme Court’s work may be continuing apace. The Supreme Court has plenty of its own work to do. This term, it agreed to hear its first major abortion case since Kavanaugh took the bench, and it will hear arguments about Trump’s termination of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy, among other high-profile cases. In Roberts’ absence, Justice Clarence Thomas, the most senior associate justice, would fill in for him in the top role at the Supreme Court...
All 11 FISA judges were appointed to the FISA court by Chief Justice John Roberts without any supplemental confirmation from the other two branches of government. This basically means that Justice Roberts in a major way is responsible for a lot of what's happening today. Theoretically speaking, he should be pissed off that bureaucrats made a fool out of him. Unless of course, he was in on it.
