NYT: “Russians” hacked Burisma…
Burisma hacking report is out...
January 13, 2020
It is not yet clear what the hackers found, or precisely what they were searching for. But the experts say the timing and scale of the attacks suggest that the Russians could be searching for potentially embarrassing material on the Bidens — the same kind of information that Mr. Trump wanted from Ukraine when he pressed for an investigation of the Bidens and Burisma, setting off a chain of events that led to his impeachment...
Of course the NYTimes is already blaming "Russians" and insinuating this benefits Trump.
Energy Department agrees to begin releasing Ukraine-related records…
January 13, 2020
The Energy Department on Monday agreed to begin releasing a cache of Ukraine-related records, including former Energy Secretary Rick Perry’s communications with high-level Ukrainian officials, according to a joint status report filed in a Washington, D.C., court. The agreement came in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by American Oversight, an ethics watchdog group. The group in October sued the department in an attempt to gain access to documents relating to Perry’s communications with key Trump administration and Ukrainian officials. It also sought records relating to the department’s contacts with President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani.

IG Report Bombshell: Did The FBI And DOJ Ask Putin’s Buddy To Help Get Trump?…
January 13, 2020
Two-hundred-plus pages into the IG report, while discussing former Associate Deputy Attorney General Ohr’s continued contacts with Crossfire Hurricane dossier author Christopher Steele, Horowitz revealed a significant detail that to date has been overlooked: “On December 7, 2016, Ohr conveyed an interagency meeting (including representatives from the FBI) regarding strategy in dealing with Russian Oligarch 1.”
The IG report added that after the meeting “one of Ohr’s junior Department colleagues who attended the meeting” asked “Ohr about why the U.S. government would support trying to work with Russian Oligarch 1” — the moniker used in the IG report to refer to one of Vladimir Putin’s closest confidants, the aluminum oligarch Oleg Deripaska...
For First Time, A Colorado Judge Denies Confiscation Request Under Red Flag Law. This judge needs recognition…
January 13, 2020
The Limon woman claimed the man, who she had a relationship with, had threatened her with a gun... A woman wrote she was getting “verbal and physical threats” with a handgun from the man identified in the order... She said he had a problem with alcohol and marijuana. The judge denied the request to take his guns...
If this claim was credible, the police could have arrested the guy for “verbal and physical threats” with a handgun. If the threat is real enough to seize a gun, it's real enough to arrest the person. Why wasn't he arrested? It probably wasn't credible and it also seems the judge’s order explaining the denial of the woman’s red flag request was not made public at the time.

“He Needs To Stop”: Democrats Freaking Out After Sanders Says Trump Will Smoke Biden…
Dems Get Taste Of Own Medicine After Furious Sanders Fires Back At CNN's 'Ludicrous' Sexism Claim...
January 13, 2020
"He needs to stop," said one Democratic strategist who is unaffiliated with any candidates. "It's not helpful and it actually hurts the party. It’s like he didn't learn his lesson the last time. It’s incredibly short-sighted and terrible."
The strategist highlighted Sanders' recent comments in a LA Times editorial board meeting where he said that President Trump will eat Joe Biden's lunch if he is the nominee.
"Joe Biden is a personal friend of mine, so I’m not here to, you know, to attack him, but my God, if you are, if you’re a Donald Trump and got Biden having voted for the war in Iraq, Biden having voted for these terrible, in my view, trade agreements, Biden having voted for the bankruptcy bill. Trump will eat his lunch," said Sanders...
