Romell Nellis, 40, who was already linked to two bank heists over the past three months, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly knocking over a Roslyn Savings Bank on Saturday and a Wells Fargo Bank on Tuesday, Nassau County police said. Brasher, who was nominated by President Trump for the post in November, was rated qualified by the American Bar Association.
