Workers tested positive for the disease at Amazon facilities in New York City; Shepherdsville, Kentucky; Jacksonville, Florida; Katy, Texas; Brownstown, Michigan; and Oklahoma City, the Post reported, citing Amazon and local news reports. Some of those facilities were shut down for cleaning, and some employees who were in close contact with the infected employees have been quarantined.

The country’s health authorities said on Tuesday that Spain registered a daily record increase in the number of people infected and the number of people who lost their lives because of COVID-19. A nationwide shortage of two drugs touted as possible treatments for the coronavirus is being driven in part by doctors inappropriately prescribing the medicines for family, friends and themselves, according to pharmacists and state regulators...
