Everyone thinks shit is bad now (it is) just wait for this week's SCOTUS opinion that essentially ends the Fed's authority to regulate ANYTHING at all. Goodbye EPA, OSHA, NLRB, SEC, FTC, FDA, pretty much any gov agency not listed in the original Constitution is on the block

Of course, the tweet is overly dramatic. It wouldn't take away their ability to regulate, BUT it would prevent them from enacting their own regulations in situations where the law is unclear. Which is still huge.

I just found this #Stenger arrived in a friend's car and was dropped off across the street. As Stenger crossed the street toward his apartment, he was shot and killed. The shooting was partially captured on surveillance video from cameras on a nearby building.
