🐛Greek Military In State of High-Alert After Turkey Escalates Provocations Using Aggressive Migrants As Pawns
Several days ago Turkish President Erdogan had told migrants the border between Turkey and Greece was now open, claiming that Europe needs to take their share of the burden. But in reality, Erdogan is just using these so-called “refugees” as a bargaining chip to take control of northern Syria while destabilizing Greece and instigating his promised ‘War Between the Cross & the Crescent’.
Just last week, Erdogan warned Europe “After we opened the doors, there were multiple calls saying ‘close the doors’… I told them ‘it’s done. It’s finished. The doors are now open. Now, you will have to take your share of the burden’”. Tens of Thousands of migrants are now flooding the Greek/Turkish Border.
As of late last year, there were 3.6 million ‘refugees’ living in Turkey. If you remember, Turkey threatened to open the gates if Erdogan wasn’t able to establish a buffer zone in northeastern Syria to house these ‘refugees’. Well both the United States and Russia agreed. So why is Turkey now opening the gates?
Turkey has been trying to take over ownership of Greek Aegean islands. Why? Not only does Turkey want to claim the islands for his country, he wants to claim the oil off the coast of Cyprus and the Aegean sea.
Now that Turkey and Russia have agreed to a ceasefire in Syria, Turkey now has the ability to send more troops to the border with Greece. In fact, on Thursday, Erdogan sent elite special operations police to the border to stop Greek officers from driving back people who try to cross their border on route to Europe.

The media claims most of them are Syrian but the facts do not matter to them. #Turkey #IStandWithGreece

We’ve managed to find this confrontation from a different angle:
The latest report out of Greece’s Hellas Journal notes that Erdogan ordered the closure of all migration sea routes as rumours suggest that waves of citizens are also looking to flee along with migrants as they expect severe unrest in the main urban areas.
Erdogan has been mobilizing his soldiers inside Europe for a long time. He’s been flooding Europe with waves of migrant sleeper-cells and prepping for his promised ‘War Between the Cross & the Crescent’.
Erdogan uses psychological warfare, asymmetric engagement, and counter-guerrilla tactics by using intelligence services and paramilitary groups as well as migrants for manipulating and creating chaos in order to achieve his goals.
Just last month the US and Greece started ramping up their military cooperation during a time of worsening relations with Turkey over drilling rights in the East Mediterranean. For years Turkey has been aggressively pushing their boundaries over sea and air space with Greece. Washington and Athens also finalized a defense agreement over a month ago that gives American forces expanded access to Greek military bases.
“The U.S.-Greece relationship is stronger than it has ever been,” U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt said. “Our defense ties and our defense cooperation is an essential component of that.”
Here’s Secretary of State Pompeo delivering remarks on “The United States and Greece: Showing the Way Forward”
With the new government in Greece and the financial crisis far behind them, they are now trying to modernize their Navy and upgrade their fleet of F-16 fighter jets. They are also strengthening military allies with countries such as Israel, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia who are rivals to Turkey. Turkey obviously hates that Greece is getting back on their feet, and helping their citizens by cutting taxes, so they are causing as much ruckus as possible for Greece to waste as many resources as possible.
What is interesting to note is that there have been reports the Pentagon has been pulling their nukes out of Turkey.
From The Duran:
Five more C-17A Globemasters III arrived to Incerlik AB from Ramstein Air Base on February, 21. Our sources at Incerlik AB confirm that the presence of five additional transport aircraft is a clear evidence of getting the whole bulk of nukes (that are currently stored at Incerlik AB amid tensions in Syria) out to Germany, Poland and one of the Baltic states. Five nuclear bombs are to be transported to Poland and one of the Baltic states accordingly with the rest of the stock to be delivered to Germany.
This comes a few months after the Brookings Institute called for the removal of the nukes amid the “the sharp deterioration in U.S.-Turkish relations“.
Turkish President Erdogan added fuel to the fire on Friday, in the midst of continuing tensions at the Greek-Turkish land border, saying he did not want to meet Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, or even “to be in the same place or in the same photograph as him”. Instead, he will meet with Germany’s Merkel to revise the “migration deal”.
Last but not least, a recent statement by the Greek Prime Minister:
Europe is not going to be blackmailed by Turkey. We are not the ones escalating this conflict, but we have every right to protect our sovereign borders. And we will continue to do so.
