Giancarlo Granda, the one claiming to have had sexual relations with Jerry Falwells’ wife since he was 20 years old while working as a pool-boy at a Miami beach hotel, has submitted emails to Reuters that includes text messages and other evidence demonstrating the nature of the sexual relationship with the couple.

The relationship allegedly started in 2012, and a year later the couple and Granda went into business together by buying a youth hostel in 2013.

Granda told Reuters that “Becki and I developed an intimate relationship and Jerry enjoyed watching from the corner of the room,” Granda went on to describe the hookups as occuring “multiple times per year”. He went on to further say that they would visit hotels in Miami, New York, and even Falwells’ home in Virginia for carrying on their sexual activities.

Eventually Granda’s friendship with the Falwells became flacid after falling into a business dispute with them.

Jerry Falwell’s lawyer, Michael Bowe, told Reuters that the evangelical leader “categorically denies” Granda’s account. As far as rumors that Falwell is resigning from Liberty university, Bowe told USA TODAY he could not confirm those rumors, adding: “I would not report that.”
