Below is Jovan’s full testimony where he showed that ballots sent to a traditionally Republican area of GA were printed off center so the machines couldn’t read them. By presumably intentionally printing these ballots off center, someone was able to ensure that these ballots would be rejected by the voting machines, the same way a vending machine rejects fake money. These ballots had to be ‘adjudicated’ and the vote could be changed by the corrupt ballot donkeys in Fulton county. There was a 93% adjudication rate in some counties.
