In a bizarre interview with the ‘Jewish Press’, retired Israeli General Haim Eshed claimed that aliens are real and that both US and Israeli governments have been working closely with them, while President Trump “was on the verge” of publicly confirming their existence.

“The UFOs have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet,” Eshed told the press. “Trump was on the verge of revealing, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying: Wait, let people calm down first. They don’t want to start mass hysteria. They want to first make us sane and understanding. They waited until today, for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will understand what space and spaceships are.”

The retired general went on to further state that “there’s an agreement between the US government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here” without offering any details about the terms of the alleged deal or nature of the experiments.

He also said that the alleged aliens have a subterranean base on Mars hosting their representatives and American astronauts.

Retired General Haim Eshed, 87, who headed up the Defense Ministry’s space unit for nearly three decades said that he would have been institutionalized for making such claims only five years ago, adding that today is a different story as he has nothing to lose, stating “I’ve received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing.”
