Long story short, the patent is for a SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM using substances in the jabs that transmit info via your mobile device to some central authority that will determine things like prioritizing booster jabs, who you associate with, all the way to controlling your behavior by determining access to resources.

FIELD AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, in some embodiments thereof, relates to methods and systems of prioritizing vaccinations\treatments\testing and, more particularly, but not exclusively, to method and systems of prioritizing vaccinations\treatments\testing in a pandemic situation, whereby vaccines are at short supply and while protecting the privacy of the individuals in the population.

A research article by Straetemans et. al. called “ Prioritization strategies for pandemic influenza vaccine in 27 countries of the European Union and the Global Health Security Action Group: a review” discussed vaccine prioritization strategies during pandemic times, but its conclusions are limited to the critical groups, for example, health care providers (e.g., doctors, nurses, laboratories, hospitals, etc.), essential service providers (e.g., police, fire fighters, public sector personnel, governmental personnel, etc.) and high risk individuals (e.g., people with high risk of complications, pregnant women, children, etc.). These obvious groups usually amount to less than 2-10% of the total population, which still leaves the government with the question of what is the best order to vaccinate the rest of the population, namely prioritizing vaccinations.

The rest of the patent is about how the invention – the SOCIAL CREDIT SCORE app – will interact with your mobile device to determine whether you have “PRIORITY” for receiving the next BOOSTER SHOT.

Example 1. An anonymized method of treating subjects against an infectious disease caused by a pathogen, comprising:

1. providing an electronic device with proximity tracking circuitry for each of said subjects;
2. generating an ID for each said electronic device;
3. at a proximity event, when a particular said electronic device of a particular said subject is in proximity of one or more other of said electronic devices, one or both of transmitting said ID or an indication thereof to said one or more other devices and receiving an ID or indication thereof from said one or more other devices, by said particular electronic device;
4. generating, by said particular electronic device a score reflecting a propensity for proximity, according to a plurality of received IDs;
5. generating for said particular electronic device a prioritization of treatment based on said score;
6. treating said particular subject according to said prioritization.

Karen talks about how the DoD’s goal is to transform the DoD thru AI – it will be taking over the workforce, integrating all aspects of society – Americans must be taught to interact “appropriately” with AI. She says injections include these substances that will prepare us for this. She goes on to talk about OECD – Org for Economic Cooperation and Development and how they’re tied to this with the goal of creating an international tax system with the integration of AI.
