• All US citizens automatically screened for inclusion in the Quiet Skies program
• Selection based on a variety of things, including international travel patterns
• Air marshals must then make detailed observations on the target's every move

Quiet Skies is a TSA domestic surveillance program that specifically targets travelers who are not under any kind of investigation or on a terrorist watch list.

The previously undisclosed program requires federal air marshals to follow ordinary US citizens through airports and on flights, documenting their every move.

Spain’s Guardia Civil said 800 people from sub-Saharan Africa rushed the fence at Ceuta at 6.35am, using shears and hammers to smash the high, razor wire-topped barriers, and attacked officers.
