Premier Doug Ford of Ontario announced that the province is ready to remove “almost all” COVID restrictions including vaccine passports. The premier also announced a state of emergency due to protests taking place in Ottawa and in Windsor.
Ford said that it was “no longer a peaceful protest,” instead calling the Ottawa protests a “siege.”
