Sydney Powell Reveals Details of Coomer Deposition – DoD, Dominion, CCP & NIH Involved in Patented US Voting Technology…

Sidney Powell reveals how the Department of Defense has 2 patents related to voting machines. One of them dates back to 2005 that allows them to monitor voting in real-time that was done in partnership with the NIH, and another from 2006 where they can “predetermine” the outcome of elections. She further states that the patent filings say that they will develop uses beyond what was filed – allowing for bad actors to use them however they would like them to be used.

The DoD patents have apparently been transferred over to a University in New Jersey, which Sidney calls an “international think shop” with many “foreign students”.

She also says that Dominion Voting Systems assigned all 19 of their patents for election technology in 2019 to the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), and that there was an “infusion of over $400 million [she believes] to ‘State Street Capital’ which owns Dominion now.” Currently the patents are held in the Canadian branch of HSBC.
