A 23-year-old male United States citizen from Mission, TX drove the vehicle. After a physical inspection and the use a non-intrusive imaging (NII) system along with the help of a canine team, CBP officers discovered 116.23 pounds of alleged liquid methamphetamine concealed within the vehicle.
