Nader, who is a citizen of both Lebanon and the U.S., was involved in several key meetings at the center of the special counsel’s probe. He helped set up a meeting in the Seychelles in January 2017 between Erik Prince, a Trump supporter who founded the private security firm Blackwater, and Kirill Dmitriev, the head of the Russia Direct Investment Fund.... Nader is mentioned nearly 120 times in the special counsel’s report. He also met numerous times with the special counsel’s office... Nader, 60, pleaded guilty to a similar child porn charge in 1991 in Virginia.

Biden won 35 percent support from Democratic and Democratic-leaning independent registered voters in the June 1-2 survey, compared to 16 percent for Sanders (I-Vt.). South Bend, Ind. Mayor Pete Buttigieg was a distant third with 8 percent. He was followed by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass) at 5 percent. Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) and former Rep. Beto O'Rourke were supported by 4 percent of respondents while Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) was named by 3 percent.

Plans call for issuing additional new licenses to up to 30 cannabis manufacturers, as many as 54 retail dispensaries, and up to 24 cultivators, which will be divided among three classes of operators based on size. “By allowing for three sizes of cultivation endorsements (5,000 square feet, 20,000 square feet and 30,000 square feet), we are increasing opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to participate in the program”... This is the first time the health department will issue separate licenses for cultivators, manufacturers, and retailers. All of the current licensees are vertically integrated businesses that produce and dispense their own products.

AAPL, -1.01% were slammed Monday after a series of reports that have rolled out since Friday afternoon, claiming that those companies face regulatory scrutiny from the Trump administration. Alphabet’s Google division, Amazon and Apple are reportedly under investigation by the Justice Department, while the Federal Trade Commission is said to be investigating Facebook.

Of the more than 3 million dental visits with antibiotic prescriptions identified during the study period, 168,420 visits by 91,438 patients were considered eligible for the analysis... Analysis of the patients found that 42.5% had prosthetic devices, and 20.9% had cardiac conditions associated with the highest risk of adverse outcomes from endocarditis. Per guidelines, only 19.1% of the antibiotic prescriptions were appropriate.

Two samples the rover recently drilled at rock targets called "Aberlady" and "Kilmarie" have revealed the highest amounts of clay minerals ever found during the mission. Both drill targets appear in a new selfie taken by the rover on May 12, 2019, the 2,405th Martian day, or sol, of the mission.

Documents The Associated Press obtained through a public records request show the search warrants seeking the devices were sought two weeks ago by the attorney general’s office and signed by a Flint judge. Solicitor General Fadwa Hammoud and Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy confirmed they executed a series of search warrants related to the criminal investigation of Flint’s lead-contaminated water and a deadly outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease. It is less massive than planet b, weighing between 1 and 10 times as much as Jupiter. A man was taken down near the White House after US Secret Service agents opened fire late on Sunday. The man was seen entering a lock-down area north of the White House shortly after US President Donald Trump departed from the South Lawn for his foreign trip, according to Xinhua news agency. The Secret Service agents gave verbal warnings before opening fire. The condition of the man was unclear.
Not seeing this being reported by any American news agencies.
