Jerrod Hunter Schmidt, 39, called the Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals and left four voicemails threatening to kill Trump, Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts, Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson and former Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Arizona said.

On Monday, December 17th, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) ICE Air Operations (IAO) flight departed El Paso, Texas carrying 36 Cambodian nationals, of whom 34 are criminals, to their home country of Cambodia in accordance with their final orders of removal.
Criminal convictions included two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, manslaughter, voluntary manslaughter, accessory after the fact of a homicide, sexual assault, three counts of sexual offenses, child abuse, domestic violence, aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a weapon, aggravated robbery, two counts of assault, arson, auto theft, two counts of robbery, robbery with a gun, two weapons offenses, theft, larceny, stolen property, fraud, and five drug convictions.

Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents and Mexican law enforcement discovered an incomplete illicit cross-border tunnel during a routine bi-national tunnel sweep Monday afternoon.
The entry point was found submerged underwater along the international waterway channel constructed below both cities of Nogales. The tunnel was adjacent to the Port of Nogales, DeConcini Crossing and came to an abrupt stop underneath a parking lot in Nogales, Arizona.
At approximately 50 feet in length, the tunnel extended 44 feet into the United States, and was two feet wide by two feet tall.

CBP Officers Intercept $4 Million in Methamphetamine in Three Seizures…

The largest of the three seizures occurred on Friday, Dec. 14 at the World Trade Bridge when a CBP officer referred a 2004 Freightliner tractor hauling a flatbed trailer with a shipment of stone for a secondary examination. Following a canine and non-intrusive imaging system inspection, CBP officers discovered 83 containers loaded with a total 210 pounds of alleged methamphetamine within the conveyance. The narcotics have an estimated street value of $2.9 million.
Also on Dec. 14, CBP officers discovered five packages containing a total of nearly 39 pounds of methamphetamine in an express consignment shipment within an electric mini-refrigerator. The narcotics have an estimated street value of $541,361.
The last seizure occurred on Saturday, Dec. 15 at Gateway to the Americas Bridge when CBP officers utilizing canines and a non-intrusive imaging system discovered 38 pounds of methamphetamine within a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup truck.
