Economy Reaches Longest Expansion in U.S. History in Third Quarter of 2019, Beats Market Expectations…
October 30, 2019
In its final projection before the 2016 election, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimated that real GDP would grow at a 2.1 percent annual rate in the first 11 quarters of a new Administration. Instead, under President Trump, real GDP as of the third quarter has grown at a strong 2.6 percent annual rate since the election. As of the third quarter, real GDP is $230 billion—or 1.2 percent—higher than CBO’s projection (Figure 1). Furthermore, under President Obama’s expansion period, real GDP grew at only a 2.2 percent annual rate compared to the Trump Administration’s 2.6 percent rate.
Chile Cancels Summit Where Trump Had Hoped to Sign China Accord…

Trump had said he expected to ink a “phase one” deal with his counterpart, Xi Jinping, at the Nov. 16-17 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Santiago... The decision to cancel the meetings highlights the depth of trouble facing the Latin American nation that has seen almost two weeks of rioting and protests. It also comes as a deep embarrassment to the government that had insisted it would go ahead with the conference just two days ago.

... noting that Pennsylvania state law forbids municipalities from regulating firearms. Pittsburgh’s trio of gun ordinances violate state law and are therefore “void and unenforceable,” Allegheny County Judge Joseph James ruled. Saudi tycoon donated to Obama inauguration through a middleman…
October 29, 2019
U.S. election law prohibits foreign nationals from making those sorts of political contributions. But the donations Sheikh Mohammed Al Rahbani tried to send to Obama’s inaugural committee were funneled through a seasoned straw donor, the records and the AP analysis show.
That intermediary, Imaad Zuberi, agreed this month to plead guilty to making illegal campaign contributions to several American political candidates on behalf of foreign nationals. He is also set to plead guilty to concealing his work as a foreign agent as he lobbied high-level U.S. government officials...
Vindman claims the Trump Ukraine transcript omitted crucial words and phrases…
October 29, 2019
Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, told House impeachment investigators on Tuesday that the White House transcript of a July call between President Trump and Ukraine’s president omitted crucial words and phrases, and that his attempts to include them failed, according to three people familiar with the testimony. The omissions, Colonel Vindman said, included Mr. Trump’s assertion that there were recordings of former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. discussing Ukraine corruption, and an explicit mention by Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, of Burisma Holdings, the energy company whose board employed Mr. Biden’s son Hunter.
Was Vindman even on the call? Trump said this morning, even before the testimony, that it was not possible:
Supposedly, according to the Corrupt Media, the Ukraine call “concerned” today’s Never Trumper witness. Was he on the same call that I was? Can’t be possible! Please ask him to read the Transcript of the call. Witch Hunt!

“Jeffrey Epstein Was Strangulated”, Famous Forensic Expert Says…
October 30, 2019
This morning on Fox and Friends, Dr. Michael Baden, a famous forensic expert and former New York City medical examiner said that at the end of the investigation he did on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, its findings are more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging... Epstein had two fractures on the left and right sides of his larynx, specifically the thyroid cartilage or Adam’s apple, as well as one fracture on the left hyoid bone above the Adam’s apple, Baden told Fox News.
“Those three fractures are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation,” said Baden. “The prominent hemorrhage in the soft tissues of the neck next to the fractures is evidence of a fresh neck compression that could have caused the death." “I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case,” the 85-year-old medical legend told Fox News.

“You do not impanel a grand jury at this point unless you are going to indict,” a source familiar with the investigation told Fox News. “Durham is at a point where he knows he has crimes and now the question is how many people were involved and they have a pretty good idea of that group of people and what the charges can be and whether or not they can get some cooperators.”
Israeli embassies around the world shut as diplomats, military attaches strike…
October 30, 2019
“No consular services will be provided and no one will be allowed to enter the Embassy/Consulate,” the statement said. The closures were likely to harm Israelis travelling abroad and in need of consular assistance for issues like lost passports or medical emergencies. The Defense Ministry stoppages would harm Israel’s defense cooperation with other countries and arms exports.
The dispute is over expense stipends paid to Israeli diplomats and Defense Ministry envoys stationed abroad that are meant to cover a wide array of expenses, from hosting events at an ambassador’s residence to transport costs...

there are Comms from the US State Dept, from 2010-2011.(but that is [CLASSIFIED], so I can't tell you)
guess who was at the State Dept in 2010-2011?
— Greg Rubini (@GregRubini) October 29, 2019
Although we should always take peoples claims with a grain of salt, it's important to note that Greg Rubini's credibility has been endorsed by some major figures investigating Spygate, such as Flynn's lawyer, Sidney Powell, Tony Shaffer, and more. He's also a regular contributor of research to accomplished Twitter sleuths Techno Fog and Roscoe B. Davis.
This doesn't mean he is always right, but it seems his 'sources' have proven to be somewhat reliable.

US House advances bill imposing sanctions on Turkey over Syria…
October 29, 2019
The measure passed 403-16, with 176 Republicans voting in support and just 15 opposing the bill. The sanctions offer a rare bipartisan rebuke of President Trump's policies while underscoring the growing divide between Congress and a NATO ally.
[...]
The sanctions bill, dubbed the Protect Against Conflict by Turkey Act, would impose financial and visa penalties on officials connected to Turkey’s offensive in Syria, including the defense minister, the chief of the general staff of the Turkish armed forces and the finance minister, as well as sanction the state-owned bank Halkbank.House overwhelmingly approves resolution recognizing Armenian genocide…

House Democrats Release Text Of Thursday Impeachment Resolution…
October 29, 2019
This is a legal trick Pelose and co are playing. This is a House vote to authorize an "impeachment inquiry", not an "impeachment investigation". By voting for an impeachment inquiry, this removes certain rights from the House minority. In order to accomplish this, Pelosi and Schiff needed the media behind them in order to pierce through some constitutional blockades.
It seems to allow Republicans to subpoena witnesses and materials related to their inquiries - which Democrats have the right to decline. If that happens, Republicans can appeal to the committee to hold a vote - which should be predictable given Democratic control of the House.
So, while this diminishes Republican claims that they are being denied due process, Democrats will ultimately control who testifies, and what can be subpoenaed.
